How to order?Choose over a category at our navigation bar located at the top of our page. You can now start shopping by browsing through the catalog you’ve chosen. Click on the item you want to purchase. Choose from the options (if available) that you desire. Once all is complete, click on “Add to Cart” By clicking “Add to Cart” this pop up will appear confirming your product is successfully added to your shopping cart. Click “Proceed to checkout”. Under SUMMARY, you can change the quantity of your item. Under “ADDRESS”, please provide COMPLETE AND CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION. We are not responsible if your package went missing or marked as undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect shipping info that was provided. We always make sure that we write down your shipping info on the courier's waybill exactly as you have provided us. TIP: Create an account so you don’t have to fill in the order form every time you make a purchase + get reward points.

Do you cleanse your crystals before you ship?Yes, our Int. Certified Usui Reiki & Crystal Reiki Master Teacher @thewhimsicalarcane cleanses your crystals before we pack.

How are crystals packed?Each order is mindfully packed. Small items like crystal bracelets and amulets comes with a pouch, crystal care instructions, enclosed in a box where you can recycle. A pouch can carry up to 3 crystal bracelets or amulets. You may wish to have them separately packed by writing a note on the Notes section upon checkout. Fragile items like candles are packed in a box with crinkled paper inside. We do quality checks before we ship. As much as we want to use 100% eco-friendly packaging, we use bubble wraps to prevent water damage, dents and breakage while your package is in transit.

When will my order be processed?For online bank transfers or manual bank payments, we will process your order once we receive the payment confirmation. For Credit, Debit cards and PayPal transactions, we will process your order once payment has been confirmed. Gentle Reminder: Please allow us at least 3-5 business days to prepare for your Crystal Deity Candles, Crystal Healing Bracelets, Crystal Amulets and Crystal Sacred Essence. Delays may occur due to high volume of orders (especially during promos / sales, lockdowns and the Holidays). We do not have ready made Crystal Bracelets, Crystal Amulets, Crystal Candles / Divine Candles and Crystal Sacred Essences. We customise and make them individually for each client solely because our Intl. Cert. Usui Reiki & Crystal Reiki Master/Teacher @thewhimsicalarcane set an intention and cleanse them specifically for our clients’ healing needs.

What are your payment methods?We only accept Paypal, Debit or Credit Card, BDO and BPI as mode of payment. You should be able to receive an order or payment confirmation email within 24 hours. Kindly check your Inbox and Spam Folders.

When do you ship orders?All orders will be shipped on Mondays - Fridays only. There will be NO shipping during Full Moons, Holidays, Saturdays & Sundays. Gentle Reminders: Business days are Mondays - Fridays only. We do not have any control of courier's shipping fees and delivery schedules.

How do I track my orders?As soon as the courier picks up your order, our system will send you your tracking number with link to the tracking site via email. Shipping update usually takes about 24 hours (more if they are having a systems maintenance or delay in shipping schedule) after the parcel has been picked up.
